第一天 - Meet and Greet

| 3:00 am | Meet at Kg. Gepeh (or nearby 4WD pick-up point). |
| 4:00 am | 4WD transfer to the actual starting point (Pintu Rimba/Gepeh Hilir). |
| 4:30 am | Start Hike (very early!). |
| 7:30 am | Reach Kem Sg. Chinak (Checkpoint 3). |
| 8:00 am | Continue ascent to Yong Yap Peak. |
| 11:00 am | Arrive at Yong Yap Peak |
| 3:00 pm | Reach Kem Sg. Chinak (Checkpoint 3) again. |
| 5:00 pm | Reach the ending point (Kg. Gepeh Hulu). |
| 6:00 pm | End of hike. |
