Day 1 - Meet and Greet

| 4:00 am | 4WD transfer to the actual starting point (Pintu Rimba/Gepeh Hilir). |
| 4:30 am | Start Hike (very early!). |
| 5:00 am | Reach Pintu Rimba. |
| 6:30 am | Reach Kem Lapang (Checkpoint 2). |
| 7:30 am | Reach Kem Sg. Chinak (Checkpoint 3). |
| 8:00 am | Continue ascent to Yong Yap Peak. |
| 9:00 am | Reach Port Lepak (Checkpoint 4). |
| 11:00 am | Reach Last Water Point (Checkpoint 5). |
| 12:00 pm | Arrive at Yong Yap Peak |
| 1:00 pm | Start descend |
| 3:30 pm | Reach Kem Sg. Chinak again. |
| 6:00 pm | Reach the ending point. |
| 7:00 pm | End of hike. |
